Since so many people from our area work during the day or commute long distances to work during the week we have the emergency medical needs of Hopatcong covered 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday by a team of per diem EMTs. This ensures that there is constant coverage for emergencies throughout the day. A team of 2 EMTs reside at the squad building during their shift to improve response times. From time to time we do hire additional per diem EMTs and shifts are scheduled based on seniority. If you wish to apply for a per diem position, you click on the link and download an application.
